Positions available to work 3-4 weekday evenings 5:00 pm -9:00 pm and weekends 12:30 to 9:00 pm.

We are a collaborative, forward-thinking, and technology-driven growing agency, searching for enthusiastic, results-oriented people to add to our team. We provide the technology you need to succeed as you connect with real-time customers in need of insurance.

This is a work-from-home position but must reside in Pacific Time zone.

HOURLY Salary plus commission

Essential Functions and Responsibilities - What you do on a day-to-day basis

  • Point of contact for people looking to purchase auto insurance
  • Assess and advise on appropriate coverage options for each customer's specific needs
  • Use rating tool and multiple carrier systems to prepare personalized quotes
  • Assist customers in setting up new policy through completion
  • Document calls and files appropriately in management systems
  • Be a trusted partner to help people better understand their insurance needs
  • Consistently provide excellent service
  • Experience in both standard and non-standard insurance market

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Expertise you bring to the position

  • Active California Property & Casualty P&C Insurance License
  • 1-2 years selling auto insurance
  • Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Confident in providing excellent service in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify best fit insurance and coverage level needs each potential client
  • Self-motivated to continuously/enthusiastically follow up with potential clients to ensure they are properly covered for all their insurance needs
  • Willingness and ability to easily adapt to new systems
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends as part of a normal schedule
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
